The primary focus of activity involves the out-of-court recovery of uncontested commercial debts, with a letter of formal notice from a lawyer in the country where the debtor is based. It is also possible to recover disputed debts, for which a case-by-case investigation is carried out.

Of course, our platform allows managing large volumes of credits and coordinating assignments to lawyers across different countries.

The client receives a quote based on the data entered in the form on this page. If interested in proceeding, the client can access our platform and enter the debtor’s details and credit documentation. After acceptance of the engagement letter and payment of the service fee, the case is assigned to one of the lawyers in our network in the country where the debtor is based, who will send a letter of formal notice and keep the client informed of developments. Everything takes place within a dedicated space on the platform.

We respond to requests for quotes within a few hours. If the client proceeds with the assignment, the letter of formal notice is sent by the lawyer assigned to the case within 24 hours.

The standard process for recovering an uncontested commercial debt offers a choice between two options: a mix of fixed and success-based fees, or fixed fees only. In the case of disputed or complex debts, the quote is made on a case-by-case basis.

Upon the client’s request, we provide a quote for legal action to recover the debt, coordinating the necessary activities to be carried out by the lawyer appointed by the client.
